Important notice for canceling your BDR.ai subscription.

We require 30 days of written notice for all cancellations.

We would hate to see you go. Please contact your Account Executive or the BDR.ai Support Team to discuss your request and provide feedback on your experience with us.

You must meet both of the criteria below to cancel any future payments on your subscription:

• You have given written notice to support@bdr.ai at least 30 days prior to the renewal of your subscription.

• You are not bound by the terms of a Quarterly, Semi-Annual, or Annual Contract.

The requirements above also apply to the renewal of annual, semi-annual, quarterly, and monthly service plans.

At the end of your subscription, you will no longer have access to your BDR.ai account or any of the data held by BDR.ai, and canceling services may result in all data being lost.

We hold our customers responsible for managing their accounts and understanding the terms of our service agreement and contract terms.

If you meet these conditions and have been subsequently charged for your subscription, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us by email support@bdr.ai to begin the discussion about a possible refund.
