12-Month Business Development Plan

Scope of Work

1. Business Strategy Session and Monthly Review Sessions ($2,997 value)

  • You’ll receive a 60-minute initial strategy Zoom session with Jeff and David Bush (owners of BDR.ai) to clarify the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), key messaging, and desired 90-day outcomes, goals, success metrics for connections, conversations, presentations, event attendance, and new client acquisitions.

  • You’ll also receive three follow up campaign review Zoom sessions every 30 days to optimize campaign(s) and outcomes.

2. Prospect List Creation ($2,000 value)

  • We’ll work with you to identify a targeted list of 2,000 qualified prospects using our premium B2B data, enrich for phone numbers (if available), review LinkedIn basic and Sales Navigator search filters, and our internal database of B2B leads for additional leads.

3. Digital Automated Outreach ($5,300 value)

  • We’ll send up to 20-30 LinkedIn connection requests on your behalf to target prospects.

  • We’ll deliver sequenced, personalized follow up LinkedIn messages from you.

  • We’ll send targeted email sequences from your email address to prospects.

  • We’ll engage your prospects and new connections by viewing their profile, following their profile, endorsing their top 5 skills, like/comment on their most recent posts on your behalf.

  • We’ll manage, label and prioritize incoming responses to identify your high-value leads.

4. Done-For-You Social Media Posts ($3,997 value)

  • We will create done-for-you social media post templates targeting your prospects’ needs and wants using best practices and strategies with captivating content, scroll stopping headlines and meaningful content for you to edit, copy, paste and schedule on the platforms you leverage.

5. Expert-Led Webinar & Promotional Campaign ($1,997 value)

  • Our expert webinar team will host a 60-minute live Q&A webinar featuring you as the subject matter expert on the topic of your choice.

  • We’ll create a LinkedIn event and a custom webinar registration page with expert copywriting to attract registrations/leads.

  • We’ll promote the webinar by sending LinkedIn messages to your 1st-degree connections who match ICP and email invitations to your targeted prospect list.

  • We’ll provide you the list of registrants/attendees, the recording link, the raw video file, webinar transcripts, and 5-7 short video clips with captions for social media sharing.

6. Lead Magnet Creation & Repurposed Content ($1,997 value)

  • We’ll develop a professionally designed 10 page lead magnet (guide, white paper, or free report) derived from the webinar content with your additional insights and testimonials to drive more leads. You can use this asset in future digital outreach, lead generation, and follow-up efforts.
